Need a new or quality used big truck

New here. I'm trying to find assistance to start my own trucking company. I'm currently a company driver not really earning enough to pay my bills. Close to leasing a truck and starting my own business. But that means 3 to 4 years of continuing to just barely eek out a living until my equipment is paid for. At my age not an especially attractive proposition.
I heard about the "federal money retriever" program on the CB. A driver claimed to have gotten a grant to pay for his truck free and clear. I could probably qualify for a loan, sure I can qualify for a lease, but I'm barely keeping up with personal debt as it is. Starting a business loaded with debt right from the start is not the way I'd prefer to go if other options are available.
Today was my first attempt to use the "retriever" program. Still confused by it. If anyone has any advice or guidance it would be greatly appreciated.

Were do I start...My husband and I started a new business and it has failed.  He started his own trucking company.  Over the years our family has helped us over and over to start the business.  However, buying an older model truck has caused us some more expenses and if you know anything about the trucking industry, it can become very costly.  Now the problem is the fuel prices are up, the repairs and expenses have escalated and now we are unable to pay back our family that has helped us too many times to mention. I feel as though their generosity has put a strain on our relationship since we are unable to repay with our financial situation.  I am a disgrace to my own family who has been so giving to us and believed in us that we would make it. But the truth is we have failed ourselves and our family.  I am asking for some help financial if anyone would be kind enough to understand the stress this has put on us.  You can contact me at : surveysgal@yahoo.com

 I am a 29 Year old male with a felony background nearly four years old.  I am a certified HVAC technition and hold a current CLass A CDL.  I have 3 children teo boys and one girl and a loving and supportive wife.  righ now the hvac company i am working for is going under and I am have a terriable time finding a job in wither the HVAC field and the trucking field.  I would perfer to get back driving over the road but would take anything at this point. could anyone help me???

I have been driving Trucks off and on since I was 17. I,m currently 46 yrs old. I like to ride motorcycles,horses,camping and going to car shows,I'm currently redoing a 52 chevy pickup.
